The year 9’s  have been working on their Food Tech assessment pieces. Their challenge was  to create a sweet snack for their families with ingredients they already have in their cupboards.

Chocolate based snacks proved most popular as the final array of sweet treats included a lovely selection of chocolate brownies, cakes and rocky road bakes – we were particularly impressed by an expertly crafted diabetic brownie.
