School Meals

We are proud to have achieved a 5 out of 5 food hygiene rating for the last 3 years presented by the Food Standards Agency.

Connect Catering provide the meals at the school and the catering manager ensures the children maintain a healthy, balanced diet as well as meeting individual dietary needs. We have installed a brand new servery in the dining room, which offers more choice and also caters for students with a limited diet due to medication or allergies.

Students and staff eat lunch together in the dining hall. This is an important part of the day as this allows for social interactions between children, young people and adults and gives the students a safe space in which to learn different social skills and engage in conversations across a spectrum of topics.
